Cons:Office hours were wrong online and the office closed sooner. They didn't call to let us know or check in to see if we had issues with our flights that might delay our arrival. Upon check in, the staff was extremely rude to me and my family and didn’t offer any solutions. They kept saying “I am sorry we are closed”. My reaction was obviously out of frustration because of the long flight and trip to get there but also because of their lack of empathy and care. The Manager suddenly walked in and help but not before accusing me of speaking “loud” to their employees when that didn’t happen. My family was with me at all times, they are witness of my behavior, and now we are waiting in front of a closed office (which wasn’t supposed to be) and an unfriendly staff that provided no solutions to our situation until the manager came. The manager was not helpful right away, her response was also “I am sorry we are closed and we clocked out”. Ultimately, I kept pleading and asking for help, she open the office and finally gave me a car. The car - We got a car that had almost 52,000 miles on it, bad brakes, bad balancing of the tires and something was off with the wheel bearings. The car was dirty inside and out, you would think they had a car cleaned in these Covid times or that they would have a clean car waiting for us since we had a pre-paid reservation but NO, everything inside and outside was dirty and dusty with open bottles of water and trash all over the vehicle. We needed the vehicle and go on with our vacation so we had no choice but to keep the rental as it was. We didn’t feel safe driving it but it served its purpose. We called Hertz to try to exchange or replace the vehicle the day after we rented it and they gave me an incident # to take to a nearby Hertz store which we did but the manager told me they didn't have any vehicles available. So we had to keep the car in the condition it was and try to have a good vacation. Sometimes it is what it is but we definitely feel we lost our money with this rental and will never ever use this service or company again.

Cons:Pick up and drop off terrible. Felt it was very expensive but had no choice. Never again with Hertz

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful somewhat. My luggage got stuck in the back of the SUV Tod picked me up in Marta station and I waited 45 mins but could not find the keys to open the truck. They did drop it off at my hotel so very grateful to them. The booking was misleading as I thought they would pick me up at jackson hart field airport.
Cons:They did not tell me hertz location was closed on saturday and where to leave the car. I called the number on the form and they told me to leave car at Atlantic aviation. I was promised a ride back to Marta rail station but he failed to tell me he would not be there on Saturday. Just very disappointed with how communication went.
Cons:We never received a car and paid for it. We waited for 2 hrs and then they said it’ll be another 2 hrs because they had to wait for returns. I called to get my money back vit they would not answer the phone.

Pros:The rep that assisted me, I want to say his name is Brandon was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though they didn't have the vehicle I reserved on hand he assisted me with obtaining something equal to (or better) to fulfill the reservation at no extra charge. I have NEVER received that type of assistance from other places. I was VERY pleased with the service and will make Enterprise my priority rental place.

Pros:Friendly staff at pick up and lower price than I expected. But then charged higher price at drop off! WTF? That Sucked! I called and talked to the staff at that location in Duluth,GA and they would not work with me to reverse the extra money I was charged. Also the car had a broken windshield wiper switch and I had to hold it the during the massive thunderstorm for over 1.5 hours while I drove. Very dangerous not to have both hands on the wheel in a massive rain. Not to mention light care and bad brakes. Test your cars before someone gets hurt! I will be NOT be considering Enterprise nor any affiliated rental car companies in my future rental cars and searches.

Pros:Yes very helpful, and not only that but i was very satisfied with the customer service i was in and out within 3 minutes with my reservation.
Cons:I can not think of anything that could have made my experience any better while visiting the Enterprise location.
Pros:The vehicle was relatively new.
Cons:They should have been up front with their fees. I got hit with fees that doubled the price of the rental. Never encountered this at Hertz
Pros:Good location. Engaged caring staff.
Pros:Friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Convenience of the rental process.
Cons:The location in the mall food court could have been easier to find. Just a note online when booking to remind your driver (Uber or otherwise) to pull around to the back of the mall entrance.
