Pros (+) The shuttle service was excellent and the staff was very helpful; however they could not fix all the problems with the hotel itself.
Cons (-) TVs did not work for the entire week stay. The entire hotel smelled like mold and mildew (the rooms, the elevator, the hallways, and the workout room was the worst.) We had no hot water for two days. The beds were uncomfortable.
