Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and occasionally mentioned helpful staff. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. While a few found the beds comfortable and the price fair, overall, the negative aspects outweighed the positives for most visitors.

We book on Friday afternoon while driving. After a 10 hour drive we got to the hotel and I went inside to check in, young man tells me they overbooked and gave our room to someone else. I called 30 other hotels and they all said they were full. I had two crying toddlers in the car, we were sooo tired after driving all night. We also were charged for the whole weekend even tho we never even stayed…...

Pros (+) The price point was good and the people friendly.
Cons (-) The lack of cleaning. There was a Hershey bar and trash under the bed and house keeping requires a call 24 hours ahead of time and they don't bring new linens. You have to fetch them yourself. I understand if they don't want to touch your old ones, but why not the new ones? I understand COVID, but that shouldn't stop them from doing their best while taking precautions.
