We book on Friday afternoon while driving. After a 10 hour drive we got to the hotel and I went inside to check in, young man tells me they overbooked and gave our room to someone else. I called 30 other hotels and they all said they were full. I had two crying toddlers in the car, we were sooo tired after driving all night. We also were charged for the whole weekend even tho we never even stayed…...

Pros (+) The price point was good and the people friendly.
Cons (-) The lack of cleaning. There was a Hershey bar and trash under the bed and house keeping requires a call 24 hours ahead of time and they don't bring new linens. You have to fetch them yourself. I understand if they don't want to touch your old ones, but why not the new ones? I understand COVID, but that shouldn't stop them from doing their best while taking precautions.
