Pros: Hannah was amazing. When I checked in she was very warm and friendly, and made we feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I love the fact that they include a fridge in your room. On my last day I went to the front desk to ask for a late checkout and Hannah was there again with her warm smile and she remembered my name from several days before when I checked in. She is amazing and a great asset to this hotel! I would highly recommend this facility.

Cons: The food. The buffet was not good. The room. I paid for Mountain View and got a view of the back lot no mountains My son was not able to get a towel even with a wrist band on no reason a parent should have to get a towel.

Pros: Story time is cool, except it would be better if they changed stories. Water park is decent but would be better if you brought older kids.
Cons: That they nickel and dime you, for how expensive the rooms are they definitely should include the little games they have there. The extras should not cost you extra. The website is a bit deceiving, they include toddlers a lot but we took our 2 year old and there wasn't a lot for him to do. They should put 3 and up basically if not 4 or 5. The rooms are nice but they should be for the price.

Pros: Nice accommodations.
Cons: There was water on the carpet in our room which the staff tried to rectify with a carpet dryer, but it was never fully dry after two days. The parking is a nightmare if you get in late, which was an issue for us every night. Our last night, someone decided to take up 7 spots with a moving truck and trailer, forcing us to park across the street at another hotel and walk through running sprinklers to get to our room.
