Areas of the room were dusty. A couple of the outlets didn't seem to work. The lighting in in the room is awful -- should really be upgraded. It was very dim. Several of the walkways to the "convenient Chestnut St parking" (not) were leaking from rain. Floors were soaked and Hazardous.
I had a delay and checked in late. The night manager was extremely accommodating asking if I wanted something to eat and went to the café to make me a sandwich and delivered contact free to my room when I settled in. He also let me keep my car in the from of the hotel overnight and accommodated me with a late check out. I had an over 3 hour standstill delay on I 70. This definitely helped me settle in and he made a difference in my stay. The gentlemen in the café the next morning was also great and he was happy to be returning to work and his customer service proved he is a valuable employee. Top notch staff!

The room design was cold and dark (no overhead light, and the lamps had fluorescent bulbs), the bathtub creaks when you stand on it to shower, and the carpet had little white hairs on it, but they did clean it well when I complained. The pool room is dank, outdated, and uninviting, the picture online makes it look much better than it is. We did not want to use it at all and that feature was part of why I chose the hotel.

Our say was great and the staff was amazing and helpful. It was nice that the hotel was connected to the convention center so we didn't have to worry about driving and parking.
The only i really have to complain about is even though the room was clean and nice the bathroom need to be clean just a bit more. The shower curtain was growing mold andi found hairs in the tub.
