Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near venues and attractions, as well as the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, stained bedding, and leftover trash. Several guests also reported uncomfortable beds and problems with amenities like non-working TVs, lack of microwaves or refrigerators, and elevator outages. While some found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the value, noise disturbances and safety concerns were also mentioned. Overall, the positive aspects centered on location and staff, but cleanliness and amenities need improvement.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Price is right, newer facilities. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) Not the cleanest; piles of dirt around the bed and hair in the sheets
Pros (+) The short drive to the hospital and its super close to restaurants, grocers, and a gas station.
Cons (-) We always check for bedbugs when we stay anywhere,my boyfriend lifted up the mattress and found the cap to a needle, the lady at the front desk moved us down a room when we told her which was really nice just hope there wasn't a needle in the room under the bed or something.
