Pros (+) Cool decor, loft-like rooms with high ceilings, comfy bed. Kurig in every room for free coffee and tea.
Cons (-) Paper thin walls - can hear noise from above, both sides of the rooms, and especially the hallway!!! I can hear clearly worded conversations from the hallway. The door to the bathroom is barn-door style, so it doesn't shut securely, doesn't lock, leaves a small gap, and can hear everything going on in there (not too awesome for friends or acquaintances who want to share a room but have loud bathro...

Pros (+) The decor of the rooms and the style of converted warehouse to loft was very well executed. The rooftop bar also has a great view of downtown Dallas especially at night. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Onsite parking was also very easy considering proximity to downtown.
Cons (-) As nice as the rooms were, we were given a 4th floor room that faced the main street through the Cedars district of Dallas; Lamar St. And that was what really put a damper on our stay. The noise of semi trucks and dump trucks going by with their loud exhaust was enough to wake you up many times during the night. There also were several potholes or bumps in the road that made the dump trucks rattle...
