Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was as you'd expect at a Comfort Inn.
Cons (-) They didn't have a plunger available until the next day. :-( They immediately offered to give us a new room, which I thought was a great gesture. We thanked them and declined. As promised, the clog was fixed when they said it would be.
Pros (+) Somewhat easy access from major highways. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. No frills.
Cons (-) The room I was initially given didn't have a working lock and wouldn't even close all the way. The staff was quick to move me and apologize for that, but someone without OCD may not have noticed before it was too late.

Cons (-) From check-in to check-out it was terrible. The room I reserved and my card was charged for wasn't even available. I asked for another room and they said they had nothing else available. I then tried to cancel but was told they would charge me whether I stayed or not. Once the room became available it hadn't been cleaned yet.
