Wonderful
Michael, Jun 2023
Greatest hotel to stay in Dallas near the city with a waterpark and everything for kids and several restaurants inside the hotel. It's a big hotel with plenty of amenities for the family. For me personally, I spent the days working in Dallas while my wife and son enjoyed the waterpark and pool. If you're not going to stay at the full-on indoor waterpark hotel, this is the best place to stay while ...

Poor
Neil, Feb 2022
Place is old, outdated, and generally awkward. Staff made mistakes in getting us our room which meant walking back and forth across the huge complex several times - with bags. Paid $300+ a night for poor accommodations which is terrible value. Door to bathroom hit toilet. Things were dirty. Lights didn’t work. No water or mini-bar. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful
Anonymous, Oct 2016
Pros (+) The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. It was very easy to check in and out. The parking was very easy, and I was able to park close to the entrance.
Cons (-) The parking was very expensive. Normally I pay nothing to park at other hotels, but I have paid up to $15 for parking a day. ($3 Anatole was $22 a day and the parking lot was almost empty.
