Pros (+) easy access to and from and great appearance from outside all the way through the lobby.
Cons (-) rooms need updating, outdated bathroom fixtures, first room bed was broken, expected a little more for my money and for the high rating it had.

Pros (+) Amazing hospitality and service. I was suggesred to join a free awards members club for the starwood hotels at check in which allowed me a club level pass for a happy hour, complimentary breakfast and wifi.
Cons (-) Dallas is a spread out city so it was only a short drive to downtown activities which meant uber/lyft friendly. It would have been better if it were a true walking distance but location was still really good just not great if you want to ho into extreme detail but still very satisfied.

Cons (-) One of my families had dirty linens when they checked into their room. Another had a hole with mold on the ceiling. We had ants in our room. For the cost of the hotel I feel the rooms should be better and there should be some kind of breakfast included.

Pros (+) Rooms were nice and clean.
Cons (-) 1 out of 4 elevators were working and we all had to walk 30 flights of stairs with all of our luggage. There was no apology or compensation for anything. I understand technically issues happen but we were on the 30th floor and it had been 8 hours.. ridiculous.

Cons (-) Upon arrival we were told that all the king bed rooms were taken which we had reserved prior to. Then we walk into the room that wasn't clean. Beer cans strewed everywhere, beds were filthy and trash all in the room. Not only that but the elevators were out of order and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs each time we left the room. Worst stay ever

Pros (+) Staff was helpful with directions. Rooms were clean and nice.
Cons (-) No drinks in vending machines on 3 different floors we tried. Only one snack vending machine that needs exact change on the far side of the other tower we didn't even stay in.
