The facility needs to be refreshed. Examples: The ellipticals in the gym were both in need of maintenance. The handle on the spigot in the shower fell off in my hand. At least it didn't hit my toes. But the staff was great, especially Samuel at the front desk. He helped us navigate our way in the neighborhood. The location is great. Don't miss walking on the Katy trail!

Pros (+) I have stayed there many times over the past 20 years and it never disappoints. Owned by Warwick now but still operates like a high quality independent.

Pros (+) Bar, atmosphere
Cons (-) They put me in a room that was next to the ice machine. First thought no big deal. Sound machine will take care of that. Then after dinner I come back to my room, walk in and notice every step I take my shoes were splashing! Yes my room was flooded. Called the front Desha and reported it. After they came to take a look it was very apparent this wasn’t a unusual incident.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean. Great experience!
Cons (-) The street noise was loud. You could hear the motorcycles driving by at night, so pack ear plugs.

Pros (+) Courteous, excellent food, great location, and the rooms superior with great desk space including extra outlets for computers, phones etc. I have stayed there many times when I am there on business. Mostly business people seem to stay here & so far it is my favorite hotel in the Dallas area. I have properties in Irving Texas and just Uber between the hotel and those properties.

Pros (+) Excellent service. Star treatment. Rooms are very quiet & beautifully appointed w/nice amenities. Amazing beds. Room service! Great atmosphere & location.
Cons (-) Didn't like mandatory valet for car (vs. a parking fee or even better, complementary parking). Billed an additional $27 + fees for $31 per night!
