Pros (+) This place was god awful. I’m sorry but I don’t mind staying in a cheap hotel but this was horrible. The place was dirty. DIRTY. pee all over the toilet seat/area. Shower rusty everywhere. Sheets were stained. Crumbs in the bed.
Cons (-) The guy at front desk was extremely rude. Makes you give cash deposit. And then didn’t want to give It back after we checked out 10 minutes after we checked in. Please someone inspect this place. You would be shocked how dirty and nasty It was
Pros (+) New furniture in the rooms.
Cons (-) The staff was terribly unorganized. The first room I checked into had dirty linen. When I went back to the desk to inform them of the dirty sheets, we were moved to a room, to only have to be moved again out of the temporary room the next day. With this experience, I think I am only going to stick with chain hotels from here on out.
Pros (+) Beachfront hotel which is what we wanted. They have a nice sitting area overlooking the water complete with a swing and pergola.
Cons (-) Man at the front desk could have been more accommodating- we asked about a later checkout and he told me it would cost a bit more and that he was going to sell out the next day. The next day we inquired about leaving our vehicle there after checkout so we could go to the beach. He obliged but said only for an hour. Cons (-) Don't stay here, we arrived and the door wouldn't work so they refused to give us a different room so they had to refund. Come to find out they didn't even refund me the whole amount. Absolutely horrible

Pros (+) It was a great location the rooms were so clean and spacious. Pool was clean and we enjoyed it alone majority of time. Had a great patio area. It felt very homie comfortable. I will definitely be going back. Loved having the beach a few steps away.
Cons (-) Parking lot very narrow key kept getting deactivated stairs to beach very steap.
