Pros (+) Excellent, friendly staff. Great communications by the hotel. Shuttle service is on-time and drivers are friendly and helpful. This could not have been a better stay!

Cons (-) TV wouldn’t function, only one caffeinated coffee pod

Cons (-) Starting breakfast at 7 seems late seems late to me. With airport requirements of early arrival for security screening we weren’t able to make use of the free breakfast due to our flight time.
Pros (+) Staff was great, Internet actually worked well (unlike some other places I've stayed, even other Fairfield Inns!). Facility was nice and there is a very good restaurant (The Bistro) right across the street at the Courtyard hotel.
Pros (+) glad to be able to get a room during snowstorm..
Cons (-) 1. under construction..carpeting hallways 2. greatly overpriced..would not take any discounts. Stayed in a comfort Inn for 5 nights before. Paid almost as much for one night at Fairfield.
