Pros:Clean and friendly staff
Cons:Rooms are tiny. No spa, outdoor pool only.

Pros:The room was clean and the price was good. I chose to be further from the convention center to save a little money and this hotel has good reviews.
Cons:I didn't get much sleep. There was an inch space below the door and space around the door. I could hear every other person letting their door slam shut. Across from my room a small dog barked till very late. Young girls next door were loud and smoking weed and cigs. Although it was non smoking, the whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke. The cut fruit at breakfast tasted sour. It was either old or had some kind of preservative on it. So I base my stay on whether I get any rest and feel comfortable. So this was a huge no way.
Pros:Clean, simple, professional. Love that they accept parts.

Cons:The hotel advertises to be a smoke-free property. The people in the adjoining room were smoking cigarettes all night and hosting a 'gathering' in their room. I called the front desk numerous times but the gist of their response was that there was nothing they could do as smoking is not illegal. They offered me a can of aerosol spray to mask the smoke! All rooms were booked that night so they could not move us. I did not get to sleep until after 2:00 a.m. and woke up to loud screaming around 6:00 a.m. We were able to change rooms for the next night's stay, and the hotel manager did comp. our stay for the one night with the issue, however I am not in agreement with their policy for handling guests who break property rules and put my health and well-being in jeopardy and will think twice before staying at another Hampton Inn.
Pros:They covered a better room for us at a different hotel so we got our room for free! They called when we were on our way there from the airport. Everything at that hotel was wonderful and we intend on staying at Hampton on our way back as well. Or wherever they send us.
Pros:The breakfast buffet was good.
Cons:Thin, scratchy towels yet we had to constantly ask for more. The maid would leave two towels each day for three guests. Sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, springs in the mattress almost poking through the sad mattress. There was a one-half inch gap in the main door frame so we heard lots of noise from the hallway and light streamed in the room at night. We could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. When i complained, i was told the manager would contact me but he never did. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.
Pros:Very nice staff, very clean hotel right next to Panera Bread. Very nice to let me have a 2pm check out!!!!
