Bad air conditioning ruined my sleep.
A better breakfast than usual at this type of hotel.
Hotel was being renovated, so the rooms they hadn't done yet were pretty junkie. The hallway and lobby were a mess. But the worst thing was the air conditioner in the room. It blew with gale force, on the low setting no less, right into my face. And it only turned on when the room got hot enough to wake you up, then it stayed on until it was frigid. If they had put the bed on the other side of the room it would have been much better.
Good value, comfortable stay and close location
The location is convenient between the airport and city. The staff was friendly and efficient. They even printed me a map to find a restaurant nearby. The room was a decent size and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and really good. Overall, I would stay there again when in Denver.
Bathroom was alittle dated and worn but still clean.
Pretty good for the money.
The included (albeit paying a lil more on the initial purchase) morning breakfast was amazing! Made to order omelet, all you can eat oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, bacon, fruit and croissants. Worth the trip to have that I must say. Complementry shuttle service took us to the Denver Museum of Science and History, and picked us up as well! The location was perfect for the convention down the street, and the concert we went to at the Ogden. I was pleased with the whole experiance. Even with the open atrium aesthetic of the hotel, the room was mouse quiet. No voices in the hall, no movment in the ceiling, even morning breakfast was peaceful. Very close to many fast food restaurants, liquor store, and walmart.
We couldn't stay longer! And the Ogden theater was outside of their shuttle service. The parking lot is pretty bad. It's basically the peremeter of the building and the adjacent building. So parking in the front is near impossible if you arrive late.
I liked how close it was to downtown Denver and was close to the freeway and a shopping plaza right across the street that came in handy !
I tried to check In 2 hours early and the lady at the front desk told me it was going to be another hour and a half until my room was ready. I was fine with it since I was a little early I came back 2hrs later and another lady that was working the desk told me it would be another 2hrs because they get "cleaned throughly" which frustrated us because we had made plans that for day and we had to wash up since we had just drove 12 hrs to Denver and the lady didn't seem to care. When we finally got our room it was really dusty and the tub felt grimey. Also the size of the room was quiet cramped it felt like only one bed was supposed to fit in there but instead they put two. I felt like I could of got my money's worth somewhere else for a more spacious room for the price I payed
Best Hotel Ever
Obviously I had to say this last minute hotel really caught my eye, the rooms was spacious, have a balcony in my room, luxurious breakfast all you can eat buffet. I had the best experience ever and so did my kids
Overall great stay.
The staff was excellent. Krystal (I think that was her name) at the front desk was very accommodating. The bar staff was also great. Housekeeping did a great job, very warm and gracious.
"A Home Away from Home"
Room was very clean, spacious, and comortable. We loved the bathroom decor and the cleanliness. The balcony was a highlight as well, great view and provided a comfortable breeze at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
Room didn't get cleaned and no towels restocked for next day had to call front desk 3 times to request this
Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very friendly.
Pool needed to be warmer and cleaned up a little. I got hurt in the pool and had to go to the dr due to a slippery tile step in the pool
Toilet didn't flush all the way.
The pool and sauna were out of order, that was one of the reasons we stayed there!
that we were able to take the room when we arrived at 8.30 am
The entire staff - from the shuttle drivers to house cleaning were amazing!
Comfrtable, nice and clean.
No services, especially no concierge. For a 4 star hotel, i found this unacceptable and very annoying.
