Pros (+) Nice, comfortable furnishings, large rooms, very clean. Free cookies and extensive breakfast options. This is a nice hotel, and one of the few that can easily accommodate more than 4 people in a room.
Cons (-) Upon arrival I was told our room had been given away and that they had tried to contact me all day to see if we were in fact going to show up. I showed them my phone which had no missed calls or voicemails. They had not called me.
