The rooms were ok.
When we arrived they didn’t have our room. They sent us across the street and only rented a single bed room when I rented a suite. Then we had to pack up all of our hints and wait until 4 pm after going back to the hotel we had originally booked. They still didn’t have our suite and put us in a single bed again. I will never again be staying in a Marriott hotel. They made the entire trip more stressful than staying home. The front desk doesn’t know what the hell they are doing. But I cannot believe they didn’t even have our room. The one I booked. Online. How did they give it away?
The configuration of the unit, cleanliness, bedding and location all contributed to our very comfortable stay.
I was disappointed that there were no evening snacks/wine Thursday through Saturday. My only complaint with the staff occurred when I needed to get in a night early and the young man on duty that night was very cavalier about their unavailability and offered almost no assistance to help us. Parking was a challenge in the evenings and nearly impossible in the underground garage.
