Pros (+) Convenient for us to travel around downtown Denver
Cons (-) The AC was broken the first night however they did credit us for the inconvenience which I do appreciate. It took 3 requests to have housekeeping clean the room but overall, amazing view and nicer staff towards the end of our stay.

Cons (-) The hotel is not safe. There were people fighting in the lobby and I tried calling the front desk but no one responded for about 15 mins. I was trying not to call 911 as I didn't think they were going to go beyond verbal arguments. But, the fact that no one from hotel management was available to diffuse the situation is concerning.
Pros (+) Super friendly staff. Great location.
Cons (-) Rooms outdated - bad lighting (sucks when you're trying to do your makeup), no microwave/ fridge, limited parking and super uncomfortable beds.
