This was my third visit to this hotel and I can't speak highly enough of the service, the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the high standard of the facilities. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.
Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own car park and although there is a nearby public car park, it was closed for refurbishment during this visit.
Beautiful Hotel - inviting entrance and reception area - magnificent staircase - a real wow factor. Perfect location - 2 minutes awayd from shoping, bars & restaurants. Staff really helpful - would stay here quite happily again.
Cocktail bar in reception area which we didn't use as the door to the cocktail bar was closed so didn't feel inviting. Rooms are beautiful but dark and TV is in an awkward place.
I booked at very short notice and everything was ready and a thoroughly comfortable stay, no hassle good staff.
Desk a little cramped for working but I only booked a single room.
It was a busy weekend and arriving in the entrance to the hotel fighting our way through the wedding party who were blocking the entrance was difficult.
Terrible Sound Insulation - can hear every creaky floorboard in adjoining room and downstairs Disco to 12 midnight
The hotel was great. Position was ideal. The rooms were really comfortable albeit a little small. We stayed in a Junior Double so perhaps the other rooms are bigger. The service in the lounge area and cocktail bar were good. The breakfast was included in our room rate so was great value not so good if you have to pay £15 per person. Would highly recommend especially for business travellers.
The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet, one of the best spots of Derby.
rooms are very comfortable. staff are lovely.
the room service took forever and wasn't great quality for 2 sandwiches
Fantastic new hotel, quiet and tasteful room, comfortable bed, clean, close to city centre, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
The only downside was lack of parking. There is a private car park 100 metres away, but this is pretty expensive. Information at the time of booking had suggested on-site parking so this was unexpected.
Very clean & comfortable. Staff very helpful
Small room. Though I could have been o0ffered a better room considering the hotel was not full. The room was very small
