Pros (+) Great, spacious comfortable room and a good selection for hot breakfast.
Cons (-) Front desk is so hard to find, (especially in the dark during a storm) and the parking garage does not connect to the hotel. Pros (+) This place was closed to everything we needed. Plenty of shopping and places to eat well within walking distance.
Cons (-) The only issue was door didn't always close behind you when you left your room.

Pros (+) Great location, right in west end. Everything was very new/nice. Great value.
Cons (-) Walls and doors are a little thin... heard hallway noise a few times when I was trying to sleep. But still not a big deterrent.
