Pros (+) The room was awesome with an amazing view. The staff was so friendly. I mentioned in passing that it was our anniversary and about 10 minutes later, a complimentary bottle of champagne was at the door! They truly make every guest feel very welcome.
Cons (-) I was a little disappointed in the quality of the room service food. The restaurants in the building itself are amazing so I was a little surprised by the in-room dining.
