Pros (+) Fab breakfast, excellent rooms, very helpful staff. Have visited before stayed first time. Will always stay here.
Cons (-) Late checkouts should be an easy option, upgrades should also be easy. Lifts are very slow and take lot of time to arrive, room next door had noisy inmates, need soundproof rooms, internet is slow and tv has boring channels

Pros (+) Room was fab. Very clean and good location to Dubai mall and airport
Cons (-) Hotel transfer was v expensive. Hotel staff tell you excessive price for taxi trip and then get you a driver. You don't realise you're being ripped off until you get into a metered cab. Insist on a metered trip every time and just get s cab from airport.
