Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to metro stations, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Many also find the hotel to offer good value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms mentioned by several reviewers. However, there are significant concerns about the quality of service, with multiple guests reporting rude or unhelpful staff, poor customer service, and issues with amenities such as water provision. Noise from the bar and clubs on the ground floor is a frequent complaint, affecting guests' sleep quality. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting areas for improvement. Overall, while the location and value are strong points, service and noise issues detract from the experience.
