There was no AC. In order to open the window to get a slight breeze, the blinds had to be open facing a building with bright lights.
the hotel was beautiful on arrival with plenty to do around the reception area. the room was fab so comfy and plenty of space. we ate in the hotel all weekend and from the breakfast right down to the food after the concert was superb. staff were very helpful and friendly . would deffo recommend to stay here. This hotel should be a 4 star and not 3 star as rated.
the only downfall was that we couldn't get breakfast in bed the next morning but other than that no problems
They are fast!
When I checked in everything went fast and I could easily access the Internet in my room and I didn't face any issue to call the reception to fix it.
Once when I left my room early in the morning and returned around noon my room wasn't tidy, so after that I always put the "Tidy My Room" sign when I left my room. This is not that much bad but I expected it.
Modern, convenient, clean, safe. Will definitely stay here again.
Walls are thin. Heard many conversations from next room. Also Oly's Restaurant is mediocre. Acceptable if you're too knackered to go out.
Stay here when you can't stay at the Spencer
Great back-up to the Spencer next door if you're strapped for time/rooms aren't available there. Courteous staff that will do anything to accommodate your needs.
For the price, you can do better in Dublin. Had to ask for toothbrush, tooth paste, bottled water. I feel like those are pretty standard, though maybe that's not typical in Dublin.
Great location next to bustip for airport
Amount & location of electrical outlets
The location of this hotel was fantastic. It's a little walk to the temple bar area however very doable.
Friendly staff, no street noise in room and comfortable beds.
Sound transfer through connecting door from adjoining room at normal conversation levels. Zero privacy.
The pleasant staff, convenient location & comfortable bed. Also that the room was recently renovated
That the breakfast wasn't included in the price.
Convenient location and price
Extra cost for parking at IFSC
The only thing I didn't like was the fact I had to pay to park my car. I have stayed in many hotels both with and without carparks and I have never had to pay before.
Clean spacious rooms, good breakfast selection, good location (convenient for the Grand Canal Theatre), good for shopping with the Luas very close by.
It is very conveniently located, very close to the city centre and major transport links. It is in a very nice location on the banks of the liffey with fantastic views.
The bar staff were very friendly
The meal in restaurant had to be sent back as was not edible, the front desk staff could just about understand English
The location on the Liffey is good with good access to the city and to the Airport Bus. Breakfast was very good but otherwise did not use the restaurant. Rooms spacious and well appointed
There are no leisure facilities such as a pool , exercise room etc
particularly helpful and friendly staff
very goos size room, with nice facilities
the cracked sink in the bath room could be replaced- would give an even better impression of the hotel
