The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth
Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!
The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.
Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.
Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.
Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass
The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.
I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.
The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.
Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc
Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.
As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...
Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.
Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.
Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag
This time I was very unsatisfied, due to the tickets, been overbooked from Zürich to Budapest for my children. All four of us had to get a defender out and arrive to put up past nine hours later than originally participated. They did give us different ticket in Miami however, if I would’ve seen this ticket on the Internet I would have never purchased it. We took this because we had no choice. At the airport in Miami during check-in, we were informed that my children’s tickets were sold to someone else and their tickets were canceled. They basically give us no choice but to go with booking.
Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time
I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME

Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.
Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.
Had a short layover in Zurich, luggage marked expedite and short layover but still didn’t get luggage when arrived in Split until 3 days later even though husband got his.
We had issues with upgrading our seats. The flight itself was fine.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

Definitely service quality is going down. With all those flights delays and several days luggage delays Lufthansa reputation of used to be a reliable air line is now compromised. The flight from JAX to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed: as a result I never checked-in at Warsaw Marriott Hotel and was not refunded. My Delsey hard shell luggage was destroyed (got a big crack on it!!!) upon several hours delayed arrival from Frankfurt. On my return trip my 2 luggages did not arrive with me to JAX and I only was able to get them 2 days later. The online agent with a heavy accent spoke broken English and was not able to provide me with information on missing luggages. Guys, you need to do better.
I fell on July 18 went to the emergency room and injured my left hip with torn ligaments. Obviously I couldn’t travel and had to cancel my trip to the Paris Olympics. Yet Lufthansa only refunded the taxes. Unacceptable. I will never recommend that airline.
Wonderful crew on board. Unfortunately I was told I had to check my carry on small wheeled luggage because it didn't fit in the sample compartment in the terminal and then it didn't make it to my connecting flight and didn't arrive with me to Boston. While I understand not everyone's rollerboard luggage will fit, I don't think using that sample compartment is a fair/consistent way to do it because there were many other people in line to board with the same size piece of luggage as mine and I am certain not all of them would have fit in the sample compartment either. In the US when there is not enough space they limit based on first come first serve with people in line or they ask for volunteers at the gate to check their luggage which handles some of the problem. Maybe someone with a close connection (90 min, but the flight was delayed 20 min), for an international flight to the US isn't the best person to check a bag.
When I got to the airport, the airline lost my reservation and couldn't give me a boarding pass. I had to sit with the travel center for an hour until they could figure out what was going on. I thought I was going to miss my flight.
The airplane, although a very new model, does not offer a standard outlet plug, so when my computer battery died after 2 hours, that was it. It seems bizarre that they would offer only USB outlets.
Always delayed, always. luckily our next flight was delayed or we would have missed it. Cabin crew were great and informative, ready to help.
Poor. Flight was late. We were locked inside the gate area with no way to leave to get some food or a decent meal. No seating. No information from Lufthansa all along. Very bad
