Check-in at the front desk was quite awful, with a slow and seemingly inexperienced person. There is a claim that air conditioning exists in the room, but I assure you there is no such thing. If you prefer a cool room to sleep in . . . good luck! Windows do not open enough to cool off the room. On the positive, this is a very secure hotel and the rooms are otherwise comfortable.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable and big, lovely bathroom
Cons (-) Staff wasn’t very friendly. Manager wasn’t nice. Security guard came to me while I was on the phone and pokes me on the shoulder and said “the manager wants to talk to you”. No manners
