Bed not very comfortable
Hotel is fine if you are there to party
Location was good, accommodations were fine, basic hotel, nothing special.
There is a very loud bar across the street playing techno music until 3AM then people screaming in the street until 4AM when the bar closed so if you want to get any sleep, recommend not staying here.
Good location at Temple Bar. Many restaurants nearby. Helpful staff. Good breakfast which may or may not be included in room.
Looks to be in need of an upgrade. Not perfectly clean. Elevators small and slow. Not many amenities.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, near transport, shops & other sites. Able to open windows to get fresh air. Very quiet. Amazing decor and murals in restaurant, where breakfast was fresh and hearty.
More coathangers & hanging hooks needed.
Good value for a base in Dublin
Good value for the location! Walking distance from most attractions. Perfect for someone just looking for a base in Dublin and not planning to spend much time in a hotel room.
Facilities a bit dated, but clean and in working condition. Very noisy, but that should be expected for a hotel in Temple Bar. Wifi did not work. Not ideal for someone looking for more than a bed to sleep in at night.
Nice hotel lovely staff, ear plugs essential
Location is perfect; right between the two central areas on Dublin right next to the river Hotel staff were really lovely and very helpful Breakfast was great!
Rooms were very noisy through the night due to the hotels nightclub. I bought earplugs the second day which fixed that! Rooms quite dark, could do with more light Rooms probably due an update but were fine for a couple of nights stay
Great and easy location
The location was key for me as a solo traveler. It's central to the Trinity College area, Dublin Castle, the Liffey River, Temple Bar and easy walks elsewhere. It is situated at the corner around 3 busy bars so expect it to be loud during the wee hours of the night. My fight landed super early in the morning so when I arrived at 6:30 am to the hotel I was pleased to find out my room was ready.
The Wifi only works in the bar and lobby. I could stand in one corner of my room and maybe get a signal. The lighting was pretty dim and the king bed is 2 twin mattresses together, or feels that way with a seam down the middle of the bed and the pillows are a bit hard. If the cabbie you have doesn't know where the Paramount is when you tell them give the Turks Head bar as a reference.
The staff here were fantastic and helpful with every request. Hotel was clean and close to Temple Bar.
The location!!! The staff The beds
Minimal plug outlets so charging multiple devices was difficult.
Great location in temple bar with many tourist attractions right near. Very noisy till 4 or 5am because of being in temple bar but loved the atmosphere.
DO NOT STAY!! Unhelpful, trip failure
Front Desk Told us to Park in their Garage.. Woke Up at 5am to go on our $200 each Prebooked tour..and the garage was locked, with NO WAY TO OPEN IT until 7am!!!! Completely missed our tour- whole reason for visiting Ireland!! Front Desk staff was useless, and their initial information was our trip fail. Refused to take responsibility for the issue!! Would never recommend the hotel to anyone. Bar downstairs also stays open until 3am, no matter what day of the week YOU WILL hear the noise. Hot. No fans or Air. Wifi only works in Lobby, but extremely slow.
was clean and in a good location,
loud. did not sleep well. bar/club downstairs was extremely loud , we were awoken by staff at 4am for an emergency that wasn't actually an emergency
great for the temple bar area. Good breakfast. friendly staff. nice design and bar/music/restaurant downstairs. Quiet room (we asked not to be above the bar, 3rd floor courtyard room was good)
room a bit small but not a big problem for a couple of nights. Ask for one of the bigger rooms for a longer stay.
I found the staff to be helpful and informative. The location near the Bayswater underground was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean.
It was noisy. The walls were thin, making it so you could hear doors closing, toilets flushing, and conversations in and outside...making it difficult to get a good night sleep.
Bathrooms were clean. Staff was pleasant.
Very poor lighting. Very noisy location.
They charged for water in the room.
There is a bar on the ground floor that played extremely loud music until 3am- we eventually got moved to the 4th floor & could still hear it there- we had little sleep & it really spoilt our trip as we were exhausted the following day.
The bed was very comfortable, showers were great at any time of the day, good selection of channels on tv. Breakfast was lovely, the pub/club in the hotel was great and could not be heard from the bedrooms. Staff are friendly and helpfull, and hotel is situated in the heart of the city.
The pictures of the hotel were deceiving, so we had high expectations but it did not luck as good on the outside or inside as in the pictures.
We were upgraded to a superior room on the second night
Clean stylish hotel in excellent location with access to Temple Bar, with many bars, restaurants, theatres and galleries. Highly recommended.
The queen-sized bed could have consisted of one big mattress rather than two smaller ones pushed together.
the bathroom facilities & washing products
two matresses joined together to make double bed
