The staff was friendly and helpful
Walking into the room there was a big burn imprint of an iron right in front of us. While the bathroom looked clean, once in the shower the grout really needed a big wash. The towel rack was sooo hot It couldn’t be regulated. Wouldn’t want little kids in there The Green Award is lovely but if you don’t leave a card in the slot your electronics dont charge The restaurant on the weekend is not available as it’s booked for conferences. There is a bar upstairs but the menu is not the same and because the stadium is close by, both weekends we were there, the hotel was set up for big crowds. We had asked for a room at the back so it was pretty quiet there. Sounds kind of whiney as I reread the above but we felt for 10 days we would rather have been downtown so we could walk out and discover more little local places for eating out!
Loved the location, the service and staff. The breakfast was wonderful
Exceedingly nice staff, utterly helpful and unfailingly cheerful. Accommodations were comfortable and clean and aimed to please. I highly recommend adding the breakfast voucher. The food and service were terrific. I can’t commend the staff enough, they made my stay pleasant and friendly. Close to a DART station stop and a lovely village center, both within easy walking distance. And it was very affordable for all that.
Busy and basic but better value than city centre a
Everything was OK but only OK. Some staff really smiley & helpful. For price & situation I would stay again.
The rabbit warren of corridors. Uncomfortable & squeaky bed. Some staff not really engaging with their customers.
Great location and food, outdated rooms and uncomf
Location and food were great! Hotel needs updating...beds are uncomfortable and very squeaky, rooms are outdated.
The staff were really amazing - very friendly and helpful. I'm notoriously bad with directions, but they patiently helped me map out routes to the city, but stops, etc. The room was perfect for my needs - just enough room and very clean. Beautiful sunlight filled the room (when it wasn't overcast outside). The room service portions were very generous and the food was excellent. The portions were a bit too large for me, but could have easily been shared between two people. Very convenient location. Quiet residential/business location.
Walls seemed paper-thin, but I think that's because of the age of the building. I don't think there's really anything that could be done for that - it wasn't really a bother. Maybe I just didn't walk around enough, but it didn't seem like there was very much to do (for a business tourist, anyway) in the immediate area. The Internet cut out frequently in my room. These are just very minor complaints, though. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone who is seeking a comfortable, clean, convenient location for Dublin travel.
pleasant hotel handy for aviva stadium
Excellent, friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good value for money.
Distance from the city centre
The rooms were tiny (more like a bed & breakfast) and didn't look anything like the rooms advertised on their website.
Location, location, location! Ideally situated beside the dart, and next door to the Aviva stadium. Easy to drive to, ample car parking, and lovely staff.
Friendly and welcoming staff......extremly clean hotel very under-rated...excellent food.....very comfortable hotel in an excellent central location
Staff were not friendly. They provided an adequate service but a smile costs nothing !
Friendly Staff & pleasant atmosphere
Easy access to RDS, rooms nice, great price
we arrived at the hotel very late on sunday night and were delighted to find that the restaurant was still serving food from their extensive menu and not just snacks
Hotel room was clean, tidy and well laid out
