At the heart of Dublin
Central location close to museums, historical places, shopping areas (including Grafton Street) & restaurants. Many tourist attractions within walking distance.
Rooms are not sound-proofed but the hotel supplies you with ear-plugs which block the noises from the area’s night-life activities (especially during the weekend).
Weekend away to watch a concert
I liked the location of the hotel and the staff
we booked a deluxe double room and paid £400 for 2 nights room only and the room we were given i wouldn't have stayed in for half the price, it was shockingly small, had a double bed and a single bed at the end of it that you had to climb over to get to the other side of the double, it was horrendous. we were moved to another room which was much better but no where near the standard i expected. I would have put it at a decent standard room, no where near a deluxe room. It was super noisy at night but you do expect that and the complimentary ear plugs came in very handy so that was fine but still very disappointed in the room.
Wonderful staff, great location and super clean. Bus stop seconds away gets you easily and inexpensively to / from airport.
Wonderful Dublin hotel!
This hotel is right in the middle of the Temple Bar district known for its great nightlife. But it's also close to many other 'must sees' in Dublin, like Trinity College and Killmainham Jail. The bus system makes traveling about Dublin very easy and this hotel was easy to find. Very modern and clean, it boasts a very friendly and helpful staff!
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.
The service from the staff was outstanding.
Great location, great staff nice rooms
Great value for a three star hotel, staff is very attending and make the stay pleasant!
A bit noisy as hotel is under renovation, but unless you spend the day at hotel they make sure to minimize disturbance to guests (didn't make noise before 10am during my stay).
The Staff were fantastic
The worst beds . The hotel needs to invest in new mattresses. The staff were kind enough to change our room but the beds weren't any better.
The location was great and the hotel was clean
The beds were very uncomfortable
good location, staff helpful, breakfast satisfactory. Parking nearby was adequate. checkout smooth and quick.
It was very close to the function I was attending. very central.
At 10.15 am breakfast which was open until 10.30am, looked as if it had been cooked for several hours. Our room was a bit cold
the friendly staff excellent breakfast
The staff was amazing, polite, attentive, helpful. I loved that they could hold our luggage before/after we had checked out so we could continue to explore the city. There were so many little things that would make me stay there again, spacious room, complimentary umbrella to use, towel warmer, so many things! Overall it was the amazing staff and prime location. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Our toilet did not flush properly even after putting 2 requests in to have it fixed and our towel warmer was broken.
The room was extremely small and not worth the price that was being paid. It was very expensive for the room quality. The room was not cleaned to an appropriate standard, for example anything placed on the floor would be covered in dust. There was a utility room actually in the room that was open and would not close. The staff at the front desk were not helpful, except the staff member on check out. I left something in my room and trying to contact the staff to arrange for me to pickup was extremely difficult. The noise from the nightclud was extremely loud and could not sleep. I would not stay at again nor recommend this hotel.
Very central to everything
Would have liked to leave the window open but quite noisy when I did
Clean room. Extra tea-bags and "real" milk available if wanted. Mugs for tea-making instead of little cups!
Hotel very central. Hotel itself top class, service staff etc excellent.
Street noise, windows not sealing fully and between night owls leaving the area at 3am, bin collections and street cleaning it was impossible to sleep. Shaving light broken in the bathroom and should have been on a check list prior to occupation.
