I loved the hotel. First excellent point is its location in the most safe and i believe, the most beautiful area of Dusseldorf. Secondly I found my room very personal and tastefully decorated and staff was extremely nice and helpful and spoke good English. Rarely I had a hotel with free parking and free internet lately. Breakfast was great and staff member prepared a take-away for me. Very good value for money! I highly recommend the place to business women travelling alone as well as to leisure travelers.

this family run hotel was excellent, the staff were really helpful and freindly.
when we discovered a leaking pipe in the bathroom our room was changed, we had breakfast and went out for the day when we came back the our lugage had been taken to the new room we didnt need to do a thing, excellent service, well done hotel arosa.
