Pros (+) The first member of staff to great us was lovely, young guy with short, light coloured hair, think he was local. Very friendly and helpful, excellent. We were given a room away from main part on third floor as the place was packed with very loud international students, so our room was quieter. Had breakfast twice the staff cooked us vegetarian sausages to order. Plenty of food, pastries, toast, fr...
