Cons (-) The house itself was fair however the room was in poor condition. The shower was broken. Every noise from every other guest was clearly audible. The room was not very clean and there was a spider who decided to visit. I didn't think smoking was permitted inside but we returned one night and walked in to a heavy smoke smell.
