Staff is great and understanding.
Locations is great, a bit hidden but in close to everything in city centre, and Waverly station. We only came back to sleep in the room for a few hours. Rabbies Tours cafe/bus stop. We only had contact with 2 staff members both spoke spanish, Eduardo and a young lady with dark hair. They were both helpful and accommodating with our luggage. Email response is also quick. Restrooms and showers were okay and clean.
The sheets of the beds and cover had stains some dark black stains and small blood stains.

Fantastic stay
Really well recieved, the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Constantly suggesting good local places to go. The rooms were clean and the facilities were excellent.
The only issue was the heat, the rooms were uncomfortably warm especially at night. But that was the only problem.

Nice showers and cleaned toilets. Good equiped kitchen for make by yourself dinner. Internet and wi-fi ( pay ). Customers and staff very educated, no noisy, very close to the central bus stop for the airport.
Room too small for 4 beds and frozing. No chair,no bed lights, no lockers free, Matrass absolutly no-comfortable: only metals and not insulated with wool or cotton. Orrible sleeping. Why not to buy poliuretan matrass? Economic and easy to clean or change. Breakfast just with bread + margarin + marmelade, coffe/tea and some fruits. Too poor.
