Pros (+) Locations is great, a bit hidden but in close to everything in city centre, and Waverly station. We only came back to sleep in the room for a few hours. Rabbies Tours cafe/bus stop. We only had contact with 2 staff members both spoke spanish, Eduardo and a young lady with dark hair. They were both helpful and accommodating with our luggage. Email response is also quick. Restrooms and showers were ...
Cons (-) The sheets of the beds and cover had stains some dark black stains and small blood stains.

Pros (+) Really well recieved, the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Constantly suggesting good local places to go. The rooms were clean and the facilities were excellent.
Cons (-) The only issue was the heat, the rooms were uncomfortably warm especially at night. But that was the only problem.
