The people we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated everyone's kindness and understanding on a mildly stressful travel day.
The late night room service menu was very limited, expensive, and we're not sure we got everything we ordered. We ordered 2 sandwiches and got what looked like 2 halves. They were supposed to come with crisps, but we didn't get those.
HOT STUFFY ROOM FOR $350?!
Air conditioner wouldn't work all night in room, despite having guy come "fix" it twice. Could have made due if we could've opened the window to the nice air outside, but the windows don't open. I expect this sort of nonsense from a $25 hostel, not a $350/night hotel.
Very warm! Comfortable and handy location.
Quite expensive, breakfast not included in price we booked so £9 per breakfast quite an add on.
Convenient. Clean and functional
Extra charge for breakfast. At £117, I thought it was included
Friendliness of all staff. Nothing a problem.
courtesy and professionalism of all staff we meet was exemplary, excellent service in a hotel with a nice atmosphere
distance from waverley station not accurate on web site.
Its convenient to the rugby ground and access to town centre is good on a regular bus route.
The bar area for a rugby weekend was not really geared for a rugby crowd, and although the games were shown in the bar, when we asked at lunch time if it would the reception did not think so and we therefore missed half the match!
my credit card was refused so they ask to pay cash where it ended up being the hotel card terminal which was not working properly. The inhouse ATM was not even working! The male personnel at reception is not friendly, nor professional. You seem to disturb them and they stay sitted when you address them
Convenient for City, Airport, motorway
Variable rooms. Some grubby corridors. Top floor very noisy in high winds.
