Great location in city center
Services were poor for the price charged, parking was very expensive, room was small, no face towels, lobby has vending machines with limited service and cramped
Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and confortable. Nothing negative expect for the breakfast.
Limit amount of breakfast. Might not be a good choice if you are going to stay in Edinburgh for more than 4 days.

Hotel wanted to charge 25 pounds per day for small dog.When queried, they then said £25 for entire stay. Eventally,they did not charge for dog.I thought this was a very excessive charge and this should have been stated before we made the booking.
Clean and good location
The hotel is in a convenient location for walking around the Royal Mile area and exploring Edinburgh. It was clean, comfortable and the included breakfast was good too.
