Best view of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at, hands down. Rooms were super clean and the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly.

The location and the views from the hotel can't be beaten! It was SO EASY to get to transportation and to the major tourist attractions. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of options. The rooms are just a bit stuffy.

The room was not cleaned properly, bins not even emptied. A hole in the bed sheet. Not even a small fridge for milk. Shabby all over. Excellent location, but the room/stay was definitely not worth the price paid.

On paper a good location with great city views. Reality however was if you have the city view room, the outside road (princes street) is extremely loud/noisy at night.
