Overview
This family-run guest house is set in an elegant period building situated in the heart of Edinburgh. The Conifers is a mile north of Edinburgh Rail Station and offers free Wi-Fi throughout. “Lovely hosting, David was super helpful and full of local knowledge. The breakfast had a great veggie option and the room was comfy. It's a 25 minute walk from the city centre. And a bus stop just outside the door.”

“The house islocated outside the city center but accessible by foot or by bus n 11 (the stop Dryden Street is right in front of the house). The room was very spacious but cosy, nicely decorated, with a well equipped bathroom ensuite. The fireplace, not pictured in the photos, was a pleasant surprise. The hosts were welcoming and helpfull, communicating since the booking had been made. We really enjoyed the freshly made breakfast (typical Scottish). The room is cleaned every day, so the overall service is even better than in a standard hotel plus there is a lot of privacy and a personal approach of the hosts.”
