Pros (+) The room the food the staff
Cons (-) That when I got there they didn't have my reservation, booking.com the website that kayak send me to didn't send my reservation to the hotel so we stand and wait a half hour till we got a hold of booking .com and get them to send over the reservation so that was a little embarrassing
