We stayed in an apartment that looked like it had been newly renovated. It was cozy and more than adequate. I felt like I could move in and just stay. The facilities were clean; fresh linens and very comfy beds. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities to be used to live in - except a dishwasher.
It is a ways out of town; Eisenach and the return drive at night was very confusing. Guests should be sure to get clear directions before embarking on any car trips.

Apartment was not in category of a 4 star hotel, it was a holiday flat for family staying. We did not see the hotel part, maybe the hotel part would better fit to 4 ****. Otherwise fine.
