Cons (-) Asked for a refund because we are sheltered in place and not allowed to travel due to Corona Virus. Was not granted refund. Done with Radisson and with booking.com.

Pros (+) The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor pool very much and liked the option of using the indoor pool when it was raining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious which was a huge plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. The food was delicious. We will definitely stay here agai !
Cons (-) The only negative I have wasn't about the hotel itself, but was the fact that the maid for our room did not speak any English nor did she understand English. I think that should be a requirement.
Pros (+) Loved the cleanliness of the room. The blankets/pillows were the best. Staff was friendly. Nice environment and good amenities.
Cons (-) Bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. It was a nuisance when brushing teeth or washing our hands as we had to see the dirty water floating for about an hour before it went down. Also, the mirror closet door was broken and off the hinges. when reported to front desk, didn't seem to be a big deal.

What they didn't bother to inform me was that they were charging a $50 security deposit incase anything was damaged or snacks were eaten? Which, I think, is weird for a hotel to do so.
