The lounge looking out to sea. It was very relaxing, the staff were excellent with my elderly mother and her dementia. The food is good value for money.
The only thing was the staff questioned me when i took my mother up to my room while i changed for dinner. They wanted to confirm i was the only one staying in the room and was not sneaking my elderly mother in with me, heavens forbid.
poached eggs at breakfast
ther was not a spare synthetic pillow in room.
A pleasant welcome from the concierge Attentive staff in the restaurant. Pleasant to have a pianist during dinner
The view from my room. overlooking the service area
The location of the hotel was excellent, near the town and near the sea. The rooms, public areas and facilities at the hotel were first class. Staff were excellent.
All the staff were very welcoming. our rooms were comfortable. the location is excellent.
We had planned to have dinner in the hotel but discovered on arrival that there is a jacket and tie dress code for men. I had checked on the hotel web site before our trip and didn't see any mention of this. it would be useful to include in your information. also we had planned to use the pool on sunday morning but it was closed for maintenance. if we had known we would have swum the night before. a little disappointing.
Level of service
It is breathtakingly overpriced, the service is abysmal and the food inedible
To be out.
Amateurism. Poorly trained staff. Mediocre cleanliness.
Excellent service. Room was clean, maybe air conditioned in the future as the room was very warm, even though it was wet & chilly outside! Food was also very good. Would stay there again.
polite, friendly staff, spotless accommodation.
would like hairdryer in room.
