Nice staff, good location.
The hotel is not so bad, although I would not rate it at the five stars it is supposed to have. There were minor problems (broken bath tub, tv remote control, bathroom waste bin), but my main objection concerns the breakfast. Here's what happened: During booking on this website, I selected the breakfast option (€15 per person per night). It turns out that if you book breakfast at the hotel, you only pay two thirds of this. In other words, the package deal is more expensive than if you order the room and breakfast separately. When we discovered this, the hotel insisted on the price agreed on booking.com. So regardless of who makes money on this, do not under any circumstance click the breakfast option when booking the hotel!!
