Pros (+) It is a good hotel with fine facilities and reasonably well kept rooms. the pool is a plus.
Cons (-) Reception desk, employees are uneven in training, conduct, and professionalism. They should be trained to be more customer oriented and make sure that payment tally reflect an accurate accounting to avoid lengthy correction process.
