Pros (+) The hotel was nice, clean and very well decorated with very good staff.
Cons (-) We had some trouble with our sliding patio door and the manager came and resolved the problem for us the same day. The staff are great but the breakfast offered was not, the young man working the kitchen was alone and food he had to offer was not good at all. The worst coffee we have ever had in Italy, from a machine that was hopeless.
