Pros (+) Love the breakfast, love the staff, rooms are nice, love the decor, the fireplace, and can't beat Flagstaff. It's nice to have a hotel that "feels" like Flagstaff and not your "typical" boring decor.
Cons (-) Would be nice if the rooms were a bit larger, and when we stay more than 1 night, we put our clothes in drawers. The rooms are not big enough for even 2 peoples suitcases, and things without the room getting cluttered and things get in the way. As well, there are few places available to put things. One thing we've always had a problem with there has to do with the TV. Because it's mounted close to...

Pros (+) We were visiting NAU with a grandma and 3 teens ... we had 3 rooms on the ground floor all in a row per the request on our reservation!
