Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, several reviews mentioned difficulties with stairs and the very small elevator, which could be inconvenient, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
