Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Florence's main attractions on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and local recommendations. Cleanliness was also highlighted as a strong point, with many guests finding their rooms tidy and well-maintained. However, a common drawback mentioned was the lack of an elevator, which made accessing upper floors challenging, especially with luggage or mobility issues. Some guests also appreciated the spaciousness of certain rooms. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those prioritizing location and service.
