Great Hotel
I loved this hotel so much that I stayed another night. It is perfectly located to the old bridge and many other local attractions. It is small and quaint. The staff was super helpful to suggest amazing restaurants in the area. Rooftop terrance is a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the price was more than reasonable.

Great location. Female desk staff very helpful for English speaking travelers. By far the best view of the city on the double decker patio upstairs with a bar and food available.
Male staff. Bed spread and blanket very stained. They have all the right parts, but the caring "feeling" is not there. Difficult access to very small one person only elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, many trips up and down are needed with some stairs too.

The location is great, the views from the roof terrace are amazing. There is free internet (not just wifi if you brought your own laptop). It is halfway between and only 2 mins from both the palazo pitti and the ponte vechico . Also very close to San Spirito and everything is within an easy walking distance. We had breakfast one day and although the all you can drink cappuchio represents good value the rest wasn't amazing and we ate at restraunt bellow the other morning. I can't comment about dinner but I would say that a dinner on the panoramic terrace would be a dinner with one of the most amazing views of florence - I just prefer to dine on one of the city squares amongst the hustle ,bustle and atmosphere of the city.

The hotel's location is excellent - near to a lot of the most interesting places to see in Florence. Also the hotel itself was very interesting - old & very well kept. The highlight was the terrace with a spectacular view over Florence. All in all, the price asked was reasonable.
