Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions and transportation. However, the majority of reviews were highly critical of the hotel's cleanliness, with frequent mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Many guests also reported poor service, including unresponsive staff and unresolved issues. Complaints about uncomfortable beds and unsatisfactory breakfast options were also common. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.AI-Generated from customer reviews
