Pros (+) The beds were amazing. Our whole family woke up saying how well they we all slept. The AC was ice cold. Although the building looks a little older from the outside, the room were newer looking and very clean. Fort Collins is expensive, so for the price, which came in wel under the others in the area, this was well worth the money. Good breakfast, too!

Pros (+) I liked that the hotel is pet-friendly with no charge. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Faculties were clean. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) I don't have any real complaints. It was a good visit that met my expectations.

Cons (-) Shower drain bad. Ankle high while showing. They did discount room $10.00 because of shower.

Cons (-) Exercise facility is only an afterthought ....exercise bike doesn't work. Breakfast is over by 9:00 am on week days should be extended an hour

Pros (+) Close to Mountains. Near I-25, popular with truck drivers based on the number of rigs parked outside nightly. Can be loud some nights with rowdy people. Hot breakfast a little below average. Several miles to downtown for good shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bed, microwave and refrigerator in room. Free wifi. Good value for money.
Cons (-) Loud people several nights. Water in sink backs up some days.
